What is this? It's called ギンギスカン and it can only be found in Hokkaidou (北海道)!


How come you never heard of it? I guess it must be a local dish there.


I learned about this dish from Azumango Daioh (A super funny anime, if you haven't watch it, I suggest that you do it soon~) where it was mentioned by Mizuhara Koyomi (水原暦), during her trip in Hokkaidou.

You can think of them as "probably" or "right?". When used after a plain or dictionary form of a Japanese verb. When used after a noun or an adjective, they mean "isn't it?".
